DELIVERY

We strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for most of our products, with some exceptions. During the checkout process, you can review the list of countries that we currently ship to. If your country is not listed, we regret that we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, and they may vary based on the delivery destination and the chosen shipping method. Please note that shipping costs do not include any duty, tax, or brokerage fees. All such charges vary based on the different rules and regulations of each country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days, but our team is dedicated to processing orders as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are processed on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In the event of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in shipments, but we will make every effort to minimize such delays.

Transit times for your orders can vary based on the destination. While we aim for speedy deliveries, please be aware that delivery times may differ. We appreciate your patience.

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our team follows handling instructions diligently to safeguard your purchase during transit.

RETURNS

Please contact us to arrange a return, refund or replacement, or email us at hello@ScentsGarden.com. 

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items that are received in a resalable condition within 14 working days of purchase. Exceptions are all fragrance oils. Refund, exchange or replacement are processed when we receive the product back.

Please send items by Royal Mail tracked service. Tracking number must be provided. 

 

PAYMENT REFUND

When returning goods in unused and unpacked condition to customer services or in store, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order or an alternative method will be suggested from us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back. None of our fragrance oils can be refunded. 

 

RETURNING PRODUCTS IN STORE AND PROOF OF PURCHASE

All online customers will receive a proof of purchase email when their order has been dispatched. Please use this if you wish to return an item (except fragrance oils) to one of our stores. Stores are unable to process returns without proof of purchase. All products should be unused and unpacked.
